Beginning Meditation |

8 Mondays from 6-7:15 September 19, 26; October 3, 10, 24; November 7, 14, 21 Make the leap from curiosity or self-doubt to BEING one who can begin to confidently meditate alone, or within your community. 6 Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:15pm September 27; October 4, 25; November 15, 29; December 6 For those who have completed Beginning Meditation, or have a consistent practice. We will explore the embodiment of Tara Brach’s principles of “Radical Acceptance.” From the foundation of establishing consistency in practice, we will deepen the inquiry into compassion and wisdom towards ourselves and others, both on and off the cushion.
